What to Bring on Your First Visit
Please bring your dental insurance information to your first appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment if you are a new patient, as paperwork can be completed in the office.
Take notes of any questions you may have about your dental health and bring them with you to the appointment. This will allow you to ensure that your concerns are addressed.
What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first visit will include the following:
Review of your complete dental and medical history form
Review of your dental x-rays and/or taking new x-rays as required
A dental exam
Following a thorough exam, Dr. Yurovsky will discuss her findings and all treatment options (if treatment is necessary). The goal of her treatment planning is to guide you to make an informed decision regarding your care.
