I love to create in the kitchen.  Often I find myself throwing together whatever I have on hand for some really delicious meals.  Friends and family ask me for my recipes and I cant always remember exactly how I made a specific dish. I have finally decided that I need to put these down so that I can keep track of the meals that my family enjoys, and I might as well share them with everyone else.  Please feel free to improve upon these recipes and make them your own.  Let me know what you think about these recipes and of any changes that you make to them so that we can all try them out.
