Instruction for Authors

Final Paper Submission Guidelines:

Avoid plagiarism while preparing the camera-ready paper.

The authors must avoid plagiarism while preparing the camera-ready paper  If detected, the paper will be excluded from the conference Proceedings and IEEE will be notified about the author to exclude the paper from IEEE Xplore. Simulataneous submission of same paper or submssion of published or submitted paper with considerable overlap is strictly prohibited.

The detailed information regarding plagiarism may be found here:
http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/plagiarism.html

IMPORTANT NOTES:
(1) The papers should be prepared following the IEEE 8.5" x 11" (US Letter Size) two-column format and strictly limited to 4 pages (upto 2 extra pages is permitted with extra page charges payable at the time of registration). The papers that do not conform to the IEEE format and specifications will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. Formatting instructions and Templates for IEEE 8.5" x 11" (US Letter Size) two-column format are available from here or the following URL:

http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

(2) At least one author from each paper must register and present the paper during the conference.
(3) The title of paper in Title Case, i.e. first letter of each word capitalized (except keywords where all letters may be capitalized, or in case of prepositions like in, at, on, of and conjunctions like and, or should be in small letters), before copyright form submission, please change the title as stated i.e. in Title Case. Also please put Author Names as first letter of each word capitalized e.g. Sample Author and not as SAMPLE AUTHOR
(4) If you need to make changes to the title of paper or author names, affiliations or ordering of authors, you  must make the changes directly within CMT. Make sure all spellings are correct.
(5) The title of paper, names of authors, ordering of authors, author affiliations must match exactly as in CMT, in final paper submitted and in the copyright form. Any discrepancy in this will lead to non-inclusion of the paper in IEEE Xplore.
(6) DO NOT PUT ANY PAGE NUMBER OR ANY TEXT/IMAGE IN HEADER/FOOTER
(7) DO NOT PUT MR, MRS, DR, PROF in author names within the paper as well as CMT author names and copyright form,
(8) All images used in the final paper must be of high resolution and in grayscale, as the print version of proceedings would be in black & white with images in grayscale.
(9) EAIT 2012 has been registered for the use of IEEE PDF eXpress service. All papers to be included in the proceedings of EAIT 2012 must adhere to the IEEE Xplore pdf format for compatibility.
(10) Also, please submit your source file (word doc or latex) alongwith high resolution image files (that have been used to make your camera ready PDF) separately to csieait@gmail.com mentioning subject as SOURCE FILES for paper id, title (mention id and title in subject line for easy identification). This will help us to manage the publication better in case we face problem with your PDF, but you need to ensure that PDF conforms to the exact format and PDF express passed.
(11) Only accepted, registered, properly formatted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings / IEEE Xplore.
