The Coshocton Canal Quilters Guild was established May 1987.


The guild is busy getting ready for our quilt show in August.  These are a few of the 25 quilts that we will be showing that we have made for our local veterans.   This year we are planning a special tribute to our Honor Guard serving our community.

Museum: Quilt Exhibit and Workshop 2015

During our Quilt Show in August you can also visit an inhibit at the Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum in Roscoe Village.  "Pushing the Surface".  Display of 25 quilts:   May 23 to Sept. 7, 2015.  Entrance $4.00.

Museum is also having a Picture Quilt Workshop  with Quilt Artist Kate Gorman, August 22, 1:00—4:00 P.M.  Ages 15 thru adult.    Cost: $45.  Paid reservations  by Aug. 15.  Check out museum website or call for details:

Last year's Opportunity Quilt 2014 was on display at the  45th Annual NQA Quilt Show on May 23 - 25 in Columbus Ohio.   We won 1st Place in Chapter Row.     Link:

The Coshocton Canal Quilters guild is a philanthropic and educational organization with a mission of preserving the historical significance and the promotion of quilting as an art form.  We have an annual Quilt Show and over 100 members.  We are a registered NQA chapter member.  We donate to various local charitable organizations including food pantries as well as make quilts for community programs such as quilts for veterans, our hospital and other groups in need.     We have monthly meetings and quilting bees.   Visitors and new members are always welcome!  Please email us if you wish details about joining.
