Guide

Required NUS Downloads

Computer ----------------------

1. Download and run NUS Downloader. All we need to download now is one IOS:

* First enable "pack->wad" at the bottom.

* Go to database -> IOS -> IOS58 -> v6175.

* Start the NUS Download by clicking "Start NUS Download" and let it finish.

In the location where you placed NUS Downloader will be a new folder called 000000010000003Av6175.

Open this folder to find a .wad file. Copy this file to the WAD folder on your SD Card (create this folder if needed).

Now follow the guide below

Guide

Computer ----------------------

1. Download the YAWMM pack. Extract the Zip file to your desktop.

Open the YAWMM folder you just extracted. Inside this folder is another folder named apps. Inside that folder is yet another folder named WADManager. Open this folder to find 3 files:

  • boot.dol

  • meta.xml

  • icon.png

Copy the boot.dol file to the root of your SD card (eg. not in any folder). If there is already another boot.dol there, overwrite it.

2. On your SD card, rename your private folder to privateold.

3. Go to the Bannerbomb site and choose your system menu version. Download whatever pack it says in step 2 and extract the zip (which contains a private folder) to the root of your SD card.

Wii ----------------------4. Time to execute Bannerbomb:

* On 4.1/Lower: Go to the Wii settings -> Data Management -> Channels -> SD Card

* On 4.2: Click the SD card icon in the Wii menu

A dialog should pop up:

ERROR

It freezes or Nothing pops up ~ Try another version of bannerbomb. Go back to the bannerbomb page for your system menu version and download the next ZIP file from the list on the bottom of the page (behind step 6). Then try again.

Choose Yes to continue.

YAWMM should now load up. It will/might ask some basic questions:

  • IOS to use: leave it on the already selected option

  • NAND emulation: Leave disabled

  • Load from: Choose Front SD card slot.

You will get a list with WADs you can install. Choose the IOS58 wad and press A to install it.

Let the process finish, then press the Home button to exit.

You can now continue with the guide normally!
