Individual action - NJ edition


Talk about it!  Many experts say this is the most important thing we can do about climate change.  Not sure what to talk about?  Here some ideas, and ways to stay informed:

Reduce your personal carbon footprint.  Here are some things you can do to reduce the impact of your house, transportation, and diet:

Switch to clean energy.  It only takes a few minutes:     I recommend    

Upgrade your house, starting with a home energy audit:

Make your next car electric; schedule a test drive!  Reduce air travel.

Choose a planet-friendly diet.  Here are a few options to consider:


Get involved to create broader social changes:

Look for things you can do at your place of work.

Influence organizations you belong to.  Write a letter to the editor.

Volunteer with a climate-focused organization, or donate if there is no local chapter, e.g.       etc.


Call your elected officials, and vote for climate leaders.
