Perseus is a homo ebony boy I purchased from Vin Somavia. He took a first place at the Field Day at only 3 months of age and Gary (who was judging this show) said he'd definitely like to see this one shown once he has fully grown. Perseus was shown again at the State Show but was just too young to compete with the older, more mature chins. The judges' comments were that he was very clear and bright with no red hues at all, had good fur density, but needed more size and was too young to move further up the table that day and received a second place. He was shown again at the Frazier Park spring field day but unfortunately, still was very small and hadn't grown much - he again received a 2nd place due to lack of size.
