Kst – 2nd Grade Bibliography

Remember:

 

A = Author

B = Book Title

F = Format

For a book:

  1. Name of the author.
  2. Title of the book, underlined.
  3. Resource format. (Print, Web, DVD/Video, Television)
Cole, Joanna.  The Magic Schoolbus: Lost in the Solar System. Print.

For an article from a print encyclopedia:

  1. Name of the article you looked up, in quotes.
  2. Name of the encyclopedia, underlined.
  3. Resource format.
“Butterfly.” The World Book Student Discovery Encyclopedia. Print.

For an article from a magazine:

  1. Name of the author.
  2. Title of the article with quote marks.
  3. Name of magazine.
  4. Resource format.
Stewart, Melissa. “Who Needs a Nose?” Click. Print.

For an article from an encyclopedia found online:

  1. Name of the article you looked up.
  2. Name of the encyclopedia, underlined.
  3. Resource Format
“Dinosaur.” World Book Online. Web.
 
“Turtle.” The New Book of Knowledge. Web.

For an article found online:

  1. Name of the article you looked up.
  2. Name of the web site, underlined.
  3. Resource format.
