When you purchase books through our customer data base or advertise through our Coast to Coast Accommodation Guide we store your personal data as a legitimate interest and part of the contractual arrangement. This personal data includes your name, the name of your business, if applicable, e-mail, postal addresses and telephone numbers.

How long we hold your personal data
We will hold your personal data for as long as you wish to conduct business with the bookshop. We will delete your details if and when you notify us that you no longer wish to participate in our commercial activities.
