Bishop M. David Reynolds

Our Bishop - Bishop Reynolds is an ordained minister & Co-Pastor of Victory Tabernacle. Retired Military Chaplain

1979 Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Northwest Bible College, 1984 Minot, North Dakota, Basic Military Training, Lackland AFB, Texas, 1987 Chaplain Candidate AFRC, Lowery AFB, Colorado, 1991 Master of Divinity, Lutheran Theological Seminary, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, 1995 Officer Training School, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, 1997 Basic Chaplain School, Distinguished Graduate, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, 2008 Wing Chaplain Course, Ft. Jackson, South Carolina, 2012 Air War College, Maxwell AFB, Alabama, 2014 Senior Chaplain Course Ft. Jackson, South Carolina, and served as DEPUTY DIRECTOR NGB-OC, ARNGRC at Arlington Hall Station, VA.  


Pastor Hope Reynolds     

District Women's Ministries Director - Hope graduated from Waterloo Senior High School and married her sweetheart, David Reynolds.  Together Hope and David left for Northwest Bible College in Minot, North Dakota.  While in Bible College, Hope served with her husband in a rural Methodist church in Benedict, ND and the first of four sons (Jeremiah, Aaron, Benjamin and Ethan) was born.  Hope not only is a compassionate Pastor, she also continued her education as a Radiological Technologist receiving her degree and license from the state of Maryland.  Hope fully believes and practices God’s love for the “entire person”- body, soul and spirit.  Hope not only loves God’s children but is  especially blessed to love her three grandchildren…Sebe, Nora and Ezra.

Rev. Thomas H. Cohee, Jr. 

District Secretary/Treasurer.  Rev. Cohee is an ordained minister of the PC/G and minister of the Gospel for over 30. Rev. Cohee has a Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry from Chesapeake Bible College and a Masters of Theology from the School of Bible Theology University & Seminary.

He is also founder and director of  Jeremiah Prison Ministry
