ARRIVAL AND CAR PARKING FACILITIES
Ample private car parking for up to 3 vehicles on a tarmac driveway. The surrounding garden and patio area is flat with just one step 6 inches high to the front and back doors.
CONSERVATORY AND OUTDOOR FACILITIES
A fully enclosed flat garden with mature shrubs and trees. Eating areas with tables and seating, washing line. There is just a small step over the Conservatory cill to access the gardens from the rear of the property. The conservatory has an attractive Delabole Slate floor, and there are 3 patios for you to lounge on.
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, bright, airy, tastefully furnished and fully carpeted. Both double beds are 4ft 6".
BATHROOM
Modern bathroom in chrome and white with full sized showerbath and electric Mira shower over. There is a separate WC with wash hand basin. Both Bathroom and Toilet are fully carpeted with special bathroom carpet.
KITCHEN
There is a back door from the kitchen - one step 6 inches high. The kitchen has attractive blue and beige vinyl flooring; the rest of the property is fitted with carpet.
