1995-1998 PhD Studies in Mathematics, Darmstadt University of Technology, Germany; PhD Thesis Title: Compactifications of Subsemigroups of Lie Groups; Description: Determination of the Bohr compactification of some of those topological semigroups which play a central role in the classification of divisible semigroups of Lie groups.
