Down The Wharfe

This video was 2 years in the making.  It originally started out as a warm-up for a new camera but soon it became apparent that there was just so much more here than scenery.

Tony Chamley came onboard to front this documentary that really only scratches the surface of the rich and beautiful landscape of The Yorkshire Dales.

There is much to see from the obscure origins of the river itself to unique footage of a flooding cave, a rare insight into a continuing centuries old tradition, a close look at some local traditions and fares, white water kayaking, rock climbing, trout fishing, crayfish cooking and loads more beside the stunning natural beauty.  No wonder we never had enough time to reach the sea!
