Targets and projects
At the November meeting we discussed how best we can target our recording efforts in future, to link in with the new national moth atlas that is planned for 2018, and to move towards the possibility of producing a county moth atlas at some point in the future. And also just to encourage moth recording in the county and have fun looking for particular species and habitats!
There are various ways in which targetting can be approached, and various levels at which people can choose to take part. This list will grow over time, but here are some starting points, intially focusing on the national atlas, for which 2016 is the last year for submitting records.
