CONDITIONS OF SALE

To confirm the reservation, a deposit must be paid via Paypal / credit card * or bank transfer to the extent of the price of the first night (50% for more nights). The balance of the amount of the booked stay must be paid upon arrival in the structure in cash (we are not authorized to credit cards and debit cards). The reservation will be considered valid and consequently accepted only upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in: from 15.00 and must be agreed as a family-run hospitality

Check-out: 10.00

Upon arrival, all guests are required to hand over their identity documents for their registration.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and apartment.

Entry is not allowed to people who are not regularly housed.

The use of the kitchen is not allowed.

Animals are not accepted.
