*Important Party Information*

· During private and the semi-private parties that are shared between two families, Aplaydia is closed to the public.

· SOCKS are required for everyone at all times in the playground areaHosts are recommended to bring extra socks for their guests of the party.

· You are most welcome to bring your own food, drinks and cake, but remember, no eating in the playground area and no peanut/nut products.

· No piñatas please!

· A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

· Reservations can be held for 48 hours without deposit.  If the deposit has not been received after the 48 hours, the date and time shall immediately become available to the public without notice.

· Party cancellations: With 14 days notice from event, the deposit can be used towards another date.  If less than 14 days notice, the deposit is withheld by Aplaydia and can no longer be used towards another date by the customer.

· A staff member will be present at the party; however, it will be the sole responsibility of the host/parents/caregivers to supervise guests at all times.
