Salted Sage and Pepper Butter

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 stick salted butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh sage, diced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

Directions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and use a fork to combine them. Use immediately, or refrigerate up to a week for later use.
