What we want to get to is this place where it’s just us and we recognized that we are all human and we’re all in this together but we’ve got to learn our way into that over time… I really encourage the people on the service side to think about how wonderful it will be to have people who are truly empowered to take control in their lives and who are truly empowered to do things to keep themselves well. What happens when people are in that position is that I now come to the professionals for the things that the professionals are actually equipped to help me with? I’m focused on the things that the professionals can really serve.

An aim of the this foundation will to learn more about what helps to promote and support recovery from common health problems and to share that information as widely as possible. Hence, the Network will instigate a series of seminars where issues around recovery and approaches to facilitating recovery could be publicized and explored. In keeping with the aims of the Network the seminars are for a wide variety of groups including people who have experience of common health problems, their friends, families, careers and service providers - both within and out with common health services. The foundation will do seminar in the series for the Recovery Action Plans which will a widely used self management and recovery system will develop in the Rural areas as well as Pindi Bhattian through Ajiz union of Development Concern which will try its best to overcome and get experience about common health problems and illness.

To sum up this topic the Purpose of the foundation, it will give a wide variety of people the opportunity to aware more about common health problems – its recovery principles, the daily recovery concepts, how it will develop and how it will work and use.

The seminar will to prompt learning about common health problems. It will provide a chance for the audience to think about and question how we could recover both promoting recovery from long-term common health problems, and to get the experience of common health or illness, or to their work.

For the betterment of education, a campaign will be launched among the common people for exposing the importance of education. So that, the maximum parents could be motivated to send their kids to school except of doing labor.

This community based initiative of the AJIZ Union of Development Concern will actively engage with the community. Surveys, seminars, awareness programs will very helpful to implications for the community and all people involved. The principal benefits will one of cultural understanding, appreciation of the need to celebrate diversity, the importance of education and the preservation of culture and heritage.

The roles of the Ajiz Union of Development Concern will shown to be vital to the delivery of the programmers. Everywhere, there is a growing need to recognize, acknowledge and accept multiculturalism and celebrate diversity. The final authority of any language and culture are the true owners of that language and culture. Therefore, the Communities everywhere, will include education programmers; seminars for the awareness of inherit knowledge. This knowledge is worthy of study and should be preserved. These accords will well with those existing outside it. The aim is should be to advance the education of communities.

Literacy rate can be raised through these types of efforts moreover it, centers for “Ta’leem-e-balghan” for both male and female the genders will be set up with assistance of local community. This will also uplift the literacy scale furthermore very basic aim of the foundation is to create a major positive difference in very low literacy scale of Distt. Hafizabad, for implementation of foundation’s tasks, the foundation will get assistance from foundation’s personal resources, local community, NGOs and governmental organization.

The foundations will actively engage a community and will examine the benefits and implications. The foundation will become a vehicle of change. The world today is an ever-changing world. To cope with change we must have the ability to understand. Education provides the key to understanding. The people of First Nations, the example use during the session have come to know, understand and appreciate the importance of higher education. A question still remains that although today people talk about indigenous knowledge, traditional education, and emotional intelligence and intellectual property right (IPR), it is a well known fact that documentation plays a role. What steps will be being taken to facilitate documentation in disadvantaged communities? What will the provisions, if any, will in place for further developments in indigenous knowledge, etc, to help inform research on an international scale?

There may not be immediate solutions to these questions. However the introduction and implementation of community-based initiatives such the one from other NGOs could help in seeking and reaching some solutions to address the questions and spread the education each and every one.

Human Rights

Human rights refer to the "basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled.” Examples of rights and freedoms which have come to be commonly thought of as human rights include civil and political rights, such as the right to life and liberty, freedom of expression, and equality before the law; and economic, social and cultural rights, including the right to participate in culture, the right to food, the right to work, and the right to education.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

The Conference also decided that Human Rights considers human rights education, training and public information essential for the promotion and achievement of stable and harmonious relations among communities and for fostering mutual understanding, tolerance and peace. States should strive to eradicate illiteracy and should direct education towards the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. The Conference on Human Rights topic called on all States and institutions to include human rights, humanitarian law, democracy and rule of law as subjects in the curricula of all learning institutions in formal and non-formal settings. Human rights education should include peace, democracy, development and social justice, as set forth in international and regional human rights instruments, in order to achieve common understanding and awareness with a view to strengthening universal commitment to human rights.

AJIZ Union of Development Concern will promote an increased awareness of human rights and mutual tolerance. Mr. President also present the importance of strengthening Campaign for Human Rights carried out through Ajiz Union of Development Concern. That this foundation will initiate and support human rights and undertakes effective dissemination of public information in this field. The advisory services and technical assistance programmers will be able to respond immediately will start training activities in the field of human rights as well as for special education concerning standards as contained in international human rights instruments and in humanitarian law and their application to special groups such as military forces, law enforcement personnel, police and the health profession.

Community Development

Mr. Hafiz Imran Tahir proposed that foundation will launch programs of community development step by step like registration of citizen community development board.

In this regard, an Advocacy Program will be started one through lawyer comity which will be funded  foundation itself and voluntarily on-going program considered as the backbone of the organization. This program purpose will to fulfilling the basic needs of the communities enabling them to demand and struggle to have their basic rights mobilizing elected representatives and other influential of the society. It has proved to be a bridge between target communities and government agencies, to have access to basic rights. Unfortunately, Distt. Hafizabad is rich in natural resources but still considered to

be one among the most backward district in Pakistan because of inaccessibility, illiteracy, poverty and lack of skilled labor. Although AJIZ Union of Development Concern will try their best to promote education and overall development in the region, their efforts will not be sufficient to achieve community empowerment and development objectives.
There is a dire need to establish a Community Centre at Pindi Bhattian with a long-term vision of building the skills and expertise of youth for employment poverty reduction discussion programs.

AJIZ Union of Development Concern will firstly design a program for the Establishment of training and skill development center where discussion programs will be held. Dialogues will be initiated with the communities for the development and donation of land.

Community development will be often abbreviated and informally called community building, that’s a broad term applied to the practices and academic disciplines of civic leaders, activists, involved citizens and professionals to improve various aspects of local communities. Community development seeks to empower individuals and groups of people by providing these groups with the skills they need to effect change in their own communities. These skills will be often concentrated around building political power through the formation of large social groups working for a common agenda. Community developers must understand both how to work with individuals and how to affect communities' positions within the context of larger social institutions.

There are complementary Programs of community development.
