Shipping policies

Remember you are liable for all shipping costs for goods sold in your booth.

We have suggested you offer 'free' shipping within Australia and price each item accordingly. However you choose to price your shipping you need to have a clear shipping policy for your booth that will be included in the listing for each item.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Your shipping policies should be concise but highlight essential information about:

  • shipping costs

  • shipping methods

  • shipping restrictions

  • international shipping.

Common questions to answer in your policy include:

  • can you combine shipping on more than one item?

  • do you put receipts/invoices in the package?

Returns policies

You will need to have a clear policy on Returns and Exchanges that will be included in the listing for each item.

WHAT TO INCLUDE

Your return policies should be clear and answer the following questions:

  • Do items need to be returned in the original packaging?

  • Who is responsible for paying the S&H?

  • How many days from delivery can items be returned?

  • What happens if items arrive damaged?
