1The Macintosh LC II can address a maximum of 10 MB of DRAM. When you install 4 MB SIMMs, the lower 2 MB of memory on the logic board can't be addressed.
2You must fill both slots with matching SIMMs when upgrading memory.
3The LC II has no VRAM soldered to the Logic board. It comes with a 256K VRAM SIMM installed and can be upgraded to 512K by replacing the 256K SIMM with a 512K SIMM that is 100 ns or faster.
