Macaroni and Cheese

1 14 oz. box of macaroni, cooked per directions on box
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 c. half and half
2 T. butter cut into 8 pieces
salt and pepper
Paprika
 
Mix cooked Macaroni with Cheese, half and half and salt and pepper to taste in a buttered casserole. Place butter pieces on top and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 350* for 30 min.  This creates a dry Mac and Cheese which is what my family prefers.  You can add more cream for a creamier version.
