Arugula and Pear Salad

4 cups Arugala
4 pears, cored and sliced
Juice from 1 lemon
3 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Shaved Fresh Parmesan Cheese
 
Place 1/2 c. Arugula on each plate.  Whisk Olive Oil with Lemon and Pepper in a med. bowl, add pear slices and toss to cover.  Top Arugula, with Pears, drizzle with remaining Olive Oil mixture and shave parmesan curls over the top.
