Junior Section is for boys in Primary 4, 5 & 6 and meets every week on Wednesday from 6.30- 8pm  in the Honeyman Hall and the Session room. Each weekly meeting gives boys an fun-packed evening, with boys enjoying sports, life skills, music, art, cooking, figure marching, visiting speakers and lots more. Boys’ activities help them work towards badges, which they love to earn each year. In Juniors, there’s also an opportunity to participate in competitions with other BB groups from Stirling/Clackmannanshire, such as quizzes, ten-pin bowling, swimming galas, sports days and figure marching.

At Junior Section, we help boys to start to think about what the meaning of the bible stories are, and how the lessons from these can make an impact on how they live and work with others. Sunday School or church attendance is encouraged which will provide opportunities for the boys to come

Our uniform is a blue Boys’ Brigade sweatshirt, badge armband, school grey/black trousers and formal black shoes. Boys are encouraged to bring a PE kit each week. The Boys Brigade sweatshirt is £12.25 and there is an optional blue BB polo shirt which can also be purchased for £13.

Annual subscriptions and weekly fees will be announced shortly.

We are recruiting for Juniors in the 2012/13 school year and we are urgently looking for volunteer leaders to help out, whether every week, or once a month when you can, to ensure we continue to run a high-quality, very popular programme for the boys.
