About the chef

My name is Avery Davis, and I'm a current student at U of O. Ever since I was a kid, I loved the idea of Paris and its baked goods, especially macarons. In 2019, I started making macarons for fun, but they never turned out well. After a baking class and a lot of practice, I finally figured out how to make macarons, and found that I had a passion for it. In 2021 I opened my business, making and delivering online orders, catering to weddings and events, and running a booth at my local Saturday Market. I'm no longer based in Sherwood during the school year, but during the summers I'll be at Saturday Markets and will be open to orders.
