🚨 NEW PGCPS LOCATION? 🚨

If you currently have a SchoolMessenger school wide or district wide account and have changed locations, you must complete the SchoolMessenger Account Correction Form to have your account updated. This form is updated on a weekly basis

Note: School wide/District wide accounts are manually created and will not automatically adjust once you have changed positions in Oracle.

SchoolMessenger Designee Form

The form must be completed by the principal or supervisor to request an account to be enabled for the following roles:

Note: In addition to the completion of the form, the pre-identified individual must attend training.

Staff Member No Longer Working At Your School?

Use these directions to submit a list of names to the Help Desk. These individuals will need their "school assignment updated."

Used to unblock a number or email assigned to a contact (internal use only). This form must be completed by a Principal, Assistant Principal or Supervisor (Central Office accounts) after a written request has been obtain by the individual.

A written request from the individual must be on file in the school as documentation prior to completing this form.

PGCPS Employees that want to receive text alerts (such as inclement weather closings) will need to create a SchoolMessenger subscriber account. Staff MUST NOT use their PGCPS email when creating a subscriber account. Be sure to use a personal email address, and the phone number you'd like to receive text alerts on. When signing up, subscribe to PGCPS under topics.
