IT System changes:

1. We are planning to move our Intranet service from G suite to Microsoft 365. The intranet page would require a login if you aren’t using a Trust device. The logins will be the same as the Microsoft 365 logins that you currently use. Please click the link to preview the new Intranet page CLP-Intranet - Home (SharePoint).

2. G suite services have been running for nearly a year post Migration to Microsoft 365, we are retiring most of these services during the start of next term. So please ensure any data left over to migrate, this task is completed by the end of this term.

3. We are retiring the E-Stream media server as we believe this product has now been replaced by Microsoft Stream and SharePoint.

4. We are retiring Application Jukebox, the cloud Appv server. The most used applications will now be deployed to all desktops.
