Woodwinds
The following woodwind instruments will be taught next year: Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Clarinet, and Alto Saxophone. Please click on a video of an instrument to learn about each one.
The flute is not provided by the school. If you are having financial difficulties, please e-mail me at cris.lira@hayscisd.net and I can help you locate an instrument. We want all students to join band- no matter what!
The oboe is provided by the school, but is very limited. Students will be placed on this instrument by audition only. Other supplies will be required by the student. Private lessons are highly encouraged.
