General APPLICATION Information
Open Enrollment:
OPEN ENROLLMENT WINDOW: JANUARY 2023
If you reside within the Fullerton Joint Union High School District's attendance area, but La Habra High School is NOT your school of residence, you must first apply for the school of choice during the open enrollment period.
If La Habra High School is your school of residence, you do not need to submit a district open enrollment application.
If you do not reside within the district attendance area, open enrollment will not apply to you. You must apply for and receive an inter-district transfer release from your district of residence.
Traditional Heritage Program:
Students wishing to enroll in the traditional (regular) Heritage program do not need to formally apply. There is no selective application process. They will need to officially register for the program and required courses as you would with any regular academy at LHHS.
Honors/AP Heritage Program:
The online application process is only required for students desiring to enter the Honors/AP pathway of the Heritage program. This is a selective application process. Continue below to follow the required steps.
Application Forms (For Honors/AP Pathway Only)
(All current 8th graders)
(9th graders - 11th graders from any academy, including students desiring to transfer from Traditional Heritage into Honors/AP Heritage)
(Current high school students coming from an outside district)
