Socrative is a smart student response system that empowers teachers to engage their classrooms through a series of quizzes, exit tickets etc. Can also produce class or individual reports following and assessment. 

Formative uses  flipped classroom model with videos, reading assignments, and written responses, or guide students through an e-learning day with meaningful real-time assessment and feedback 

Mentimeter is a tool that lets you engage and interact with your audience in real-time. You set the questions and your audience can give their input via a mobile phone or any other Internet connected device. 

Kahoot is a game-based classroom response system 

PowToon is an online tool that lets you create animated video explainer. It takes a bit of time to do, but once complete its done!

Khan Academy is a non-profit educational organization providing online tools. The organization produces short lessons in the form of videos. Its website also includes supplementary practice exercises and materials for teachers 

Lesson plans, schemes of work, assessment, interactive activities, resource packs, PowerPoints, teaching ideas 

Learning Management System for a variety of subjects. Currently UK specific but is moving working on Irish market.  Could be worth exploring now as a teacher and potentially integrate into your teaching at a later point.
