Cool Kids Run offers individualized training for 9 to 13 year olds in the Raleigh, NC area.

Practices are small, FUN, group sessions tailored to young runners aspiring to run competitively and continue in high school..

About the program...

  • Flexible Practice Times (after school and school breaks). Tuesday & Thursday with group runs on the weekend.

  • Seasonal Running Clinics (hosted by top area coaches and runners)

  • Parental participation and support a prerequisite
