UPSEU has changed their age limit for dental and vision coverage. Dependents can now be covered up to their 26th birthday without proof of attending school/college. Open enrollment will be held again in the Fall, 2021, dates to be announced.

To enroll your dependent child, you will need to complete the blue UPSEU benefit card and submit it to me with a copy of your child's birth certificate. UPSEU requires the blue card, a copy will not be accepted.

Please send them through interoffice mail or USPS mail to Human Resources 401 State Street, Hudson, NY 12534.

Blue UPSEU benefit cards are available at most departments through your payroll clerk. If not please contact Human Resources and we will send you one.
