What to expect ...

Building the capacity to do and use evaluation practices can help create a learning organization that is flexible, responsive, and forward thinking. Specifically, a learning organization can proactively improve services and initiatives, assess progress on strategic plans and mission, demonstrate responsibility to stakeholders, and effectively respond to accountability requirements. Participants in this workshop will learn the fundamentals of evaluation practice, including how to apply the fundamentals in their professional contexts to support organizational learning.

In addition to learning about the fundamentals of evaluation practice, there will be presentations on the evaluation efforts associated with the Enos Park Access to Care Collaborative, a presentation on how to find demographic data and assessment tools for your communities, and a panel offering reflections from the field of evaluation practice. For more on what to expect, please see the detailed summit schedule and information on our session leaders.
