Guest Speaker – Detective Fred Carter from the Baltimore County Police Department will be giving a special presentation on terrorism awareness and homeland security.

Discussion about neighborhood concerns, upcoming events, etc.
All members of the Ridgeleigh Community Association are invited to join the RCA Board of Directors, special guests, and neighbors for a General Membership Meeting. This is a great opportunity to discuss neighborhood issues, socialize with neighbors, and enjoy some great food Johnny Dee’s Lounge.
