Waterworks School

The Waterworks School Committee is responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the Annual NW Oregon Subsection Waterworks School.

Shortly after the conclusion of the latest Water Works School, committee members began developing the next year's program.   The challenge for the committee is to develop a robust, relevant training program filled with pertinent information that is continuously evolving to keep up with industry standards and emerging issues.  When developing the program, committee members strive to provide training that uphold the school’s high standard for quality training while meeting the needs and interest of the attendees.

Developing a fresh and appealing program is growing more difficult.  Industry growth, changes in technology, ever-evolving regulations and shifts in workforce have created a need for a more comprehensive program that provides new and innovative training for various areas of specialization.  In an effort to ensure that the school is meeting the needs and wants of new and returning attendees, the committee is always looking for ideas on how they can make the next year better than the last.

The 2018 Water Works School is scheduled for: June 2018.
