Krista Anderson-Teixeira's research looks at how forests globally interact with the Earth’s changing climate system. Anderson-Teixeira leads the Ecosystems and Climate Initiative for the Center for Tropical Forest Science – Forest Global Earth Observatory (CTFS-ForestGEO), which is an international network of forest research sites. The Ecosystems & Climate Initiative seeks to understand how global change is altering forests around the world and how changes to forest ecosystems will either mitigate or exacerbate climate change. On our project, Dr. Anderson-Teixeiara co-leads the field data collection and analysis of empirical data with Dr. Epstein. She will work closely with Dr. Tepley, the postdoctoral associate on the project. Website: |
