Alan received his Ph.D. from Oregon State University. His research interests are in forest ecology, forest disturbance regimes and the effects of people and climate on fire regimes. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher of Geography at CU- Boulder but will be joining our research project this spring of 2015.
On our project, Dr. Tepley will analyze the empirical fire, vegetation and soils data with Drs. Anderson-Teixeira and Epstein.
