Running, running, and more running...

Put simply, I love running. Particularly running in the morning. It's like my morning coffee. I ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track at Thomas Jefferson High School in Brooklyn East New York. I also ran cross country at Polytechnic University and was then the Head Men/Women Cross Country Coach there for 6-7 years.
