Greetings! Welcome to the Mabel I. Wilson School community of learners! Mabel I. Wilson School serves the towns of Cumberland and North Yarmouth, Maine. Our mission is to guide all students as they acquire enthusiasm for learning, assume responsibility for their education, achieve academic excellence, and discover and attain their personal bests. We strive to work with parents to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students. Please, share celebrations of these successes with us as we journey together.

  • April 2019 From the Principal’s desk        Thank you to all who attended our Family Literacy Night in March. It was nice to see such a large turnout for the evening. The event offered fun and interactive ways for our students to showcase their many talents and interests.  Our third grade students are currently taking the Maine Educational Assessment for Mathematics and English Language Arts/Literacy. This assessment is one of the primary tools used by the state to determine the effectiveness of a school and its programs. We also use the information as a school to look at our strengths as well as areas that may need improvement. We are currently looking at the Common Core Standards in relationship to our ...

School Day: 8:45am - 3:15pm (Wed. 8:45am - 12:30pm)

If your child will not be attending school, please call the office at 829 - 4825 by 9:00am as we must be able to account for all students each day.
