Colorado State Fair Fiesta Pageant

The Colorado State Fair Fiesta Committee recognizes that there are many qualities and characteristics that encompass the title of Fiesta Pageant Queen.  The Annual Colorado State Fair Fiesta Queen Pageant selects an ambassador to represent the diverse Hispanic community and culture for the Colorado State Fair and provides scholarships to select highly qualified young women who will act as the Colorado State Fair Fiesta Queen and her Court. The Fiesta Committee provides a $3,000 scholarship to the Fiesta Queen; $1,800 scholarship to her 1st Attendant; $1,600 scholarship to her 2nd Attendant; and a $1,300 scholarship to her 3rd Attendant. The candidate chosen Miss Congeniality will be awarded a trophy and a $300 prize.

• Applicants must not be married (which includes common law), divorced, and/or have had an annulment; 
• Applicants may not have or be expecting a child; 
• Applicants must be of Hispanic descent, between the ages of 18 and 22, having reached the age of 18 by specified application deadline and not older than the age of 22 as of specified application deadline
• Applicants must be a United States citizen (or an eligible non-citizen) and a Colorado resident for at least six (6) months prior to application deadline; 
• Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 upon applying; 
• Applicants are required to submit a complete Fiesta Pageant application, a current and official sealed high school or college transcript, a resume detailing your personal and professional attributes, and a minimum of three (3) letters of recommendation;
• Applicants must be enrolled/accepted to and attend an institution of higher learning for the academic year;
