Triple Crown Challenge

This awesome volunteering opportunity for EHS students.  In its second year, TCC challenges students to think outside of themselves and help others in the community.  Basically, seven volunteering opportunities will be offered to students in Sept./Oct./Nov.  Any EHS student is welcome to participate.  Those students who attend at least three of the opportunities will complete The Challenge (volunteering for three hours, on three days, for three different charities) and receive a free t-shirt.  There is no cost to participate.  Students can do just one of the dates or come to all of the dates, if they want—the more the merrier!  The Leadership Project is organizing the project and will provide transportation to the sites and back to EHS. Previous and upcoming dates:

o    Sept. 21—8:30-12 pm Northside Christian Church Serve Day (working with the Exit 0 mission)

o    Oct. 2—3-6:30 pm Hoosier Hills Domestic Violence Shelter

o    Oct. 17 (P/T Conferences with no school for students)—8:30-12 pm Wonder Valley Christian Camp *Because of rain, we were not able to go to Wonder Valley and spent our time helping custodians at EHS
