  • If you click on the menu button (three dots in the bottom right corner) and then click on "Change Layout" you can see your classroom in different box styles.
  1. How do I get to Google Meets?
    1. Your teacher will have it linked on their virtual document or in their Google Classroom.
    2. Just click on the link and you are there.
  2. Do I need to be logged into my account to access Google Meet?
    1. Yes. If you are not already logged into Google Drive using your account, you will not be able to enter.
    2. This is to ensure your safety and privacy.
  3. What if it tells me I am not allowed into my teacher's Google Meet?
    1. You might be currently logged in as either Mom or Dad.
  4. How do I get to Google Meets on a cell phone or iPad?
    1. You can download it based on the type of device you have.
      1. Android App
      2. Apple App
    2. Once the app is installed, click on the link in your teacher's virtual document or Google Classroom and the meet will then begin.
  5. Can I enter a Google Meet before my teacher?
    1. No, the system is set up so the teacher must enter first, and then students will enter after.
  6. Do I have to show my video when in a Google Meet? 
    1. You need to ask your teacher what their expectation is.
  7. What do I do if I get confused or worried?
    1. Ask a parent or family member for help.
    2. If needed, email your teacher and let them know you are having problems. Then your teacher will know you were present, you were having technical problems.
