Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is a cognitive and behavioral therapy program[1] developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at theUniversity of Massachusetts Medical Center, which uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, and yoga to help people become more mindful.
