Visitor Policy

Visitors to School

Parents and visitors are welcome at the school during the day. It is required by state law that all visitors on campus must sign in at the front office and wear a visitor's badge. In order to plan effectively for classroom visits, we appreciate knowing the purpose, date, and time of a parent's visit before it occurs. Due to the disruption of academic time, it is requested that preschool age children and infants not be taken to classrooms. Additionally, do not expect any Timber Trail staff member or student to "baby-sit" preschool age children during the school day. Timber Trail students and staff are not allowed to assume this liability.
