NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH “THERE WITH CARE”

As of October 31st, The WishList Network will no longer be operating its Fresh Harvest Food Bank program.  We will accept donations of cereal, oatmeal, pancake mix and syrup through the end of today (9/29).

Timber Trail has shown tremendous support helping our community, and we are excited to announce our new partnership with “There With Care”.  Their mission is to provide a wide range of thoughtful and fundamental services to children and families during the critical phase of a medical crisis. A flier was sent home in Thursdayfolders.  Visit www.therewithcare.org for more information.  Please contact TTEA Philanthropy Chair Anna Spitzer at agspitzer@yahoo.com.

FUEL UP TO PLAY 60 ASSEMBLY WITH MILES FROM THE BRONCOS

On Wednesday, October 4, Timber Trail will be having an assembly with Miles, the mascot for the Denver Broncos.  The purpose of the assembly is to celebrate the benefits of healthy eating and physical activity.  The assembly was put together by Mrs. Johnston and her third grade 'Fuel Up To Play 60' club.  In honor of Miles visiting us on Wednesday, we are asking those who want to to wear Bronco gear.

BOXTOPS DUE OCTOBER 5TH

Bring in your Box Tops and earn free money for Timber Trail. We receive 10 cents for every Box Top submitted! The deadline for the fall collection of Box Tops is OCTOBER 5th.

FALL BREAK STARTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 9!

Timber Trail Elementary follows the DCSD 2017-18 Conventional calendar.  The exception to this is Monday, October 16, 2017 (Monday after fall break) and Monday, March 26, 2018 (Monday after spring break)  when TTE students will not attend school due to teacher professional development.  These two datesonly pertain to Timber Trail.  Other schools in the Rock Canyon feeder will have school on those two days.  Timber Trail has five more minutes in our day to provide for two additional staff development days in the year.  Our B.A.S.E. program will be open those days to provide a childcare option. Again, this change is only for Timber Trail Elementary, not the entire district.
