CARING AND SHARING WEEK

Timber Trail will have a special "Caring and Sharing Week" beginning on Tuesday, September 5 to support the victims of Hurricane Harvey.  Each day will have a theme and students are encouraged to donate $1 daily to participate in the theme. Please know that donations are not required to participate.  All money collected will be donated to the Hurricane Harvey Relief fund through the American Red Cross.

Tuesday, Sept 5 - TTE Spirit Day

Wednesday, Sept. 6 - Hat Day

Thursday, Sept. 7 - Red Day (in honor of the Red Cross)

Friday, Sept. 8 - Sport Day

 

FRESH HARVEST FOOD BANK

Did you know?

-There are over 1,000 homeless high school students in Douglas County?

-Fresh Harvest gives out almost 10,000 items a month to families in need.

-95% of items donated to Fresh Harvest are given by the community.

-100% of monetary donations are given back 100%  to Fresh Harvest families.

September’s theme is “Breakfast of Champions”  Cereal, oatmeal, pancake mix and syrup items will be accepted.

Donations will be collected in classrooms.
