Your participation in the TTE Staff Holiday Giving Project was truly amazing. Your token of appreciation allowed every person at TTE to be recognized for what they do for our students. The staff was overwhelmed by your generosity, and there were several tears of joy.
We also want to thank you for your support of our philanthropic activities the past few weeks. Please see the update on each one below.
On behalf of the entire staff of TTE I want to thank you. We are truly blessed to be in such a loving, caring, and supportive community. We wish you and your family the most blessed and wonderful holiday season.
Michele Radke Principal HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM THE TTE STUDENTS! We had a great time at our traditional holiday sing-along this morning. “THERE WITH CARE” THANK YOU! The "There With Care" October and November drive resulted in over $530 worth of baby care items donated. These items were used in "Baby Shower in a Bag” packages that are given to parents when they take their babies home from the NICU. This number is part of $2,150.98 total that Timber Trail has contributed to There With Care this year! TTE students also decorated brown bags that are used to deliver groceries to families. Our next "There With Care" drive will take place in February. Thanks to Anna Spitzer for her work in coordinating the drives. THIRD GRADE HELPS FAMILIES IN NEED DURING THE HOLIDAYS The 3rd grade students and teachers want to give a sincere thanks for all of your support with their “Lean On Me” PBL project. The bake sale was a huge success, and over $1,500 was raised for the grade to split. In total over $4,500 was raised allowing them to spend approximately $220 on each of the 18 adopted family members in seven families from The Castle Rock Crisis Center. In addition, each family was provided with a holiday meal. This was not only a positive learning experience for our 3rd grade students, but also a positive learning experience in the importance of giving. Thank you so much for your support!
