Field Day 2017

Field Day events 9:30 am - 1:50 pm

Assembly with Hula Hoop Club & Jump Rope Club 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm


Field day will take place on the field, lower playground, and around the school.  Maps and class schedules are included below for your convenience. Field day features various fun activities that the students have participated in throughout the school year.  


As this is an outside event it is very important to dress appropriately.  Please remember to bring:

  • 2017 Fun Run T-Shirt- Wear Fun Run shirts so that your children are easy to spot when you come watch the fun!
  • Tennis Shoes-  Any tennis shoe is appropriate as long as it has laces or covers the entire foot.
  • Sunscreen – Make sure you put sunscreen on BEFORE you come to school for field day.
  • Water Bottle – (Name on water bottle) Drink lots of fluids on field day.
  • Hat/ Sunglasses – Students are encouraged to wear both.
  • Swimsuit-   Part of field day features a slip-n-slide.  Boys should bring bathing suits, board shorts or a mesh type short(s) that dry quickly.  Girls can wear a one-piece, or two-piece (full-covering) bathing suit, or rash guard.  Make sure your child has clothes to wear over their bathing suits for inside the building and the other field day stations. 
  • What About the Weather? - The forecast is showing snow. We plan to continue with our festivities, however, field day will be inside this year.

Class Colors- Please Make sure you child wears their Fun Run T-shirt:

Kindergarten: Red                                      1st Grade: Green

2nd Grade: Orange                                       3rd Grade: Blue

4th Grade: Light Blue                                  5th Grade: Light Green
