GOLDEN FLAME HOT WINGS
CASTLE PINES VILLAGE SQUARE
I'm Kaden, an Ambassador for the American Diabetes Association. I am very excited to be hosting a fundraiser for my Tour de Cure at Golden Flame Hot Wings!
When: Wednesday, April 20th
Please come and get dinner to bring home to your family! Golden Flame is graciously donating 15% of all sales to my Tour de Cure for the ADA.
As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when I was 8 years old. T1D is a lifetime disease which requires insulin delivery to live. I have to prick my finger multiple times a day to test my blood sugar, count carbs for every meal and manage my blood glucose so I don't get too low or too high. A low bg can cause a diabetic coma, dizziness, disorientation, and a high bg can cause nausea, dka, and many later on in life complications such as loss of eyesight, heart disease, neuropathy, and stroke. This disease is very scary. I work so hard as an ambassador because I want a cure so bad, not just for me but for everyone who has to handle this horrible disease.
Please support me and get dinner to go for your family. Thank you!!! I love hot wings and I'm sure your family will too!
Dinner for Two: 20 wings, Large Fries, 2 regular drinks $23.99
30 Piece Special: 30 wings, Large Fries, 3 regular drinks $34.99

Community Assistance Program
Community service at Rocky Heights is evolving.
This year RHMS will expand their partnership with City Square Denver. City Square is a homeless outreach facility that takes care of people in the Denver area with school supplies, clothing, food and connections with people who care and offer help and assistance.
Throughout the year blue crates will be located near the front of the school for the donation of gently used clothes - adult clothing is always needed. Any donation of seasonal clothes and coats are welcome and appreciated.
Additionally, we will participate in food bank donation events at various times during the school year.
If you have any questions about donating, please email Sharon Majetich
RHMS Traffic Plan
With the start of the school year, we are getting back into the routine for a good flow of traffic through the RHMS parking lot both before and after school. Please review our traffic plan to help us more efficiently move people in and out of the lot. NOTE** Cars will not be allowed to park in the fire line entering the school parking lot. You must pull into the lot and not park in the curved fire lane coming into the lot.
Please Register ONLINE Only for your student's Zpass/Bus Pass. You only need to register if this is your students 1st pass, or if you need a replacement!!! If you have questions, please contact the DCSD Zpass Applications Specialist @ 303-387-0415.
