Jennifer Arellano

My name is Jennifer Arellano and I am currently pursuing a degree in elementary education from the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University.  I am currently interning at Adams Elementary in the sixth grade and absolutely love it. Working with children and watching them grow has always been a passion. Teaching, especially children, is something that comes naturally to me. When I was in high school, I began to volunteer at the after school program at Galveston Elementary. While doing that I was also tutoring freshmen through senior high school students while still being a senior myself. I’ve also volunteered with Invisible Children and Relay for Life as well as attended the Youth Rotary Program and Lead for America.
