Teacher's Note

What is the  Sonoran Desert Explorer website? It's an interactive site for students and teachers to learn about the Sonoran desert.  On this site we learn about crawlers, vegetation, and wildlife that inhabit the Sonoran Desert.  The first time you look at the site, start by exploring the different tabs. This will take you to the different crawlers, vegetation, and wildlife we have on the site. The Sonoran Desert Explorer site is made up by the students at ASU Teacher College, Technology class. We have all come together to make a great learning website for children ages kindergarten through third grade. We each have made up a lesson plan to help guide the teachers if they would like to use it. This site will increase students learning skills while involving the Blooms Taxonomy of learning, as well as, constructivist learning theory and multiple intelligence theory.
